Today I painted the second coat on the render on the house, and it won't need a third as the cover is superb, and I don't need to go up the ladder again.

Tomorrow we start on the repairs to the garden fence and Patio, whilst Mrs BM gives the shed a second coat of wood preservative.

The Estate agent has rung up and said that the people who viewed the house on Saturday have been to his office to fill in the relevant paper work so they are very interested in taking the house for their home, and it has only been a week since it went on the market, a result.
