Top of the Wolds

We woke up this morning to another heavy snowfall.
It is quite funny really because when we bought the house we are living in at the moment our friends muttered about the location saying that we wold be 'above the snow line'. We thought they were just talking rubbish, but today when there was a foot of snow outside our house and not a single snowflake fifty yards down the road we know it is true - There really is a snow line in East Yorkshire!!
