British Design

We are fortunate in UK to have a long standing history of good functional design, the mass production motor industry of the seventies aside.

One particular area where British design stands shoulder to shoulder with or in many cases ahead of the rest of the competition is audio systems.

Southend based Rega make excellent turntables, speaker systems, amplifiers etc. Simple clean design with exceptional acoustics.

My picture today is of the Naim Mu-So. This simple box streams music and delivers a whopping 450 watts of output. It'll stream FLAC files and sits unassumingly in the corner waiting to be unleashed. Naim have been around since the seventies and to this day will maintain any product they have made.
