First Signs

It's been a grim few days weather wise. Grey skies, snow showers... but not enough to make it fun, sleety rain, basically everything you would expect from late January and early February. It's still cold but today the sun has pretty much shone from sunrise to sunset and it's really felt like the end is near. It's a false dawn as history would suggest that we still have many cold grey days ahead in February. But just for a while it really felt like Spring was on the way. A bunch of daffodils for £1 certainly add to that feeling.
