The finished product

After what feels like months, but is actually just weeks with Christmas and New Year in between, Chloe has finally finished making these beautiful cushion covers for my friend at work.

Only really one hiccup along the way, when we realised that we had sown the ties together inside out (thankfully before we attached them to the other bits of fabric).

Not bad for a first attempt from the Great British Sewing Bee book. Now, what's next?
