Gypsophila
Back out to Mosgiel this morning for appointment with Mother's osteopath followed by coffee and piklets at Topiary Cafe in Wal's Nursery. Last week of school holidays and lots of grandparents with their grandkids playing mini golf and throwing stones into the ponds. Why is it that too many adults allow their young ones to run around in Cafe's? Many moons ago when I was a waitress it was one of my pet peeves and whenever I asked politely for the parents to reign in their little ones I was almost always met with a strange look and often it was suggested that I should take care not to trip over or spill hot food on their darlings!! I have no gripe with how children behave in their own homes/space but in shared/public space or space belonging to somebody else children should be taught to behave appropriately!!
Got that off my chest! Sorry if I upset anyone, that is not my attention but really it is the 21st century and collectively we still live in mindsets belonging to caveman when space was undefined and society operated for the survival of the tribe not only the individuals therein!!!
Ok Ok enough... this gypsophila was surrounded by roses and of course totally appropriate. Beautiful.
