Valletta Balconies

We arrived in Valletta, Malta about midday and having settled in our hotel wandered into the heart of the old town looking for lunch. After our meal we wandered around just to get a sense of this historic town. There is lots of baroque architecture here but what struck me most of all was the abundance of balconies on virtually all the buildings. Set against the yellow limestone brickwork they look very attractive so my blip is a grab shot of some of these balconies
