Bedford footbridge

A little while ago I blipped this shot of the footbridges over the River Ouse in Bedford.  I think in reply to one comment I said I would do the whole bridge next time I was passing so as we had a home game today I had the opportunity.  The bridge dates from 1888 and for those of you who remember 'Treasure Hunt' on Channel 4 in the 1980's, Anneka Rice stood on this bridge at the start of one of the shows.

And the game?  Less said, the better........
