An unplanned view

Working from home, I got out for a mid-morning run in the Estate and, looking to follow fresh snow, ended up near Ramsay's monument. I tried to compose a picture with the whole obelisk, but couldn't make it work: it's too big, and if you step back far enough the fine view beyond is lost. Being part of a planned landscape, it's meant to be viewed from the House, from which it's clear that the base only serves to raise the part to be viewed.
