Field trip

3.5 hour drive up to the border with Burma into beautiful countryside in the hills. I was nicely surprised that my teacher room was like being in a hotel complete with mini bar, dressing gown and slippers. The pupils did a biodiversity study of a forested and a deforested area, they were all on task and (hopefully) found it interesting. Good buffet Thai food too. As usual I was blown away by how polite and generally excellent the pupils were.
