Family fun day

Keely our eldest Grandie is 13 a very awkward age, in six months time she will turn 14, we know she is growing up and changing from our little baby girl (our first) into one day a very talented beautiful young lady, she has just worked out some issues going on in her young life, she was so excited last night texting me when I am picking her up? and how much she was looking forward to seeing the boys and Ruby today..
I picked her up from home first then went to collect Ruby and Deklan, who are always happy and exited to see their big cousin Keely, here they were sat sharing a very funny video Keely had found on her mobile, a young dad left to look after the baby for the morning, and was changing the babies nappy, and, well, he just couldn't handle it, so Deklan and Keely shared quite a bit of laughter over it, Ruby was much too engrossed in watching Peppa Pig..
We drove down to Sara's later and spent the rest of the day in her swimming pool, it was another hot relentless day, Jacob & Koen were so happy today that Keely and their other little cousins could be with them it was a fun day watching who could make the biggest splash and swim underwater the longest, yep I'm one happy Nanna tonight, all home safe now..
School starts for Koen tomorrow after the long summer break, a senior now, Jacob starts a new class Friday and the rest of the Grandies start Monday, Keely is going into a new grade with new friends to make, she is a little apprehensive but she will get through her first day and be pleased with herself at the end of it, not our little girl anymore, but we love her and all our other Grandies just the way they are..
