Long Tailed Tits

A frustrating day, as I've been running round in circles and not really achieving much.  I'm re-cataloguing all my photos which is time consuming, (but easier now I've decided exactly how), and at the same time I'm trying to get to grips with Lightroom. 

Generally speaking I understand the program and how it works, but my photos all seem a bit drab and washed out;  I know I can saturate but it isn't something I want to rely on doing.  Any suggestions will be very welcome. 

Anyway in the midst of my unsatisfactory day these little birds cheered me up no end.
