Shanghai
Today began with some confusion. Our driver took us to the wrong airport for our two hour flight north to Shanghai. The new airport was bigger than T5 at Heathrow. We had a scramble to get onto a China Eastern flight to the PRC's biggest city.
Luckily we were not too late for our meetings here - one of which took place on a privately chartered yacht on the Pu river. It was only 7 degrees with a biting northerly wind that reminded me of home.
The helmsman was well wrapped up against the elements as we cruised past Shanghai's iconic Pearl Tower. On my previous visit here I was taken to the top and walked around its glass floored viewing gallery.
