In the Jar (Twice)

Well I've boiled the marmalade again and added more lemon juice, its back in the jars now but still more runny than I would like it to be.  Cannot find any pectin in the shops here in the Netherlands, wrong time of year for making jam, and I suspect marmalade is not as popular here as it is in England. Two people have made the suggestion to pour it on ice cream which sounds rather good as well
