Marmalade

We decided to make some marmalade having seen a nice recipe in last weekends newspaper. Followed the instruction but despite that it did not want to pass the test to tell if it was ready to set. In the end I just put in the jars and now I am waiting to see if it is really marmalade or just a sickly sweet bitter orange liquid !!
