Day 5...and my birthday :-)

And what a way to spend my birthday. I think this was perhaps my favourite day of the week. The weather was glorious and we took off on a boat trip for the day where we sailed up the coast stopping off 5 times, firstly at butterfly valley where we walked through a very pretty gorge to see a waterfall. The path was lined with bright coloured flowers and there were a number of exotic looking insects. We then had a couple of stops where the boat dropped it's anchor in spectacular bays for us to swim and cool down after sunbathing on deck. This particular picture was taken on St. Nicholas island where we waked to the top of the hilltop through old ruins for fantastic views of the mountains beyond the sea.
In the evening we had a stunning meal and a few drinks at our favourite bar where the waiters entertained us well. All in all a cracking day. :-))
