Big 50....

...NOT mine, I hasten to add!!

A pretty happy day all round. Lots of P's friends came over from Sheffield as well as friends locally. We had afternoon tea.... scones (baked by Courtyard coffee house!!!) and birthday cake. The cake was pretty amazing, decorated with a sculpture of Chester Dog, walking boots, local maps, skis, radio logos and a garden scene.... all the stuff he is into to.

A good afternoon all round, even the mighty Hammers did their bit to make the household even happier. Boys were at Wembley..... Happy doesn't cover it!!

In the evening we all ventured to the pub in Comberbach, a couple of villages away and were joined by more friends and family. It was brilliant to see everyone, particulary those who had driven quite a way!! Yes, that would be you, buckleyhughes!! :-) :-)
