Phew. This was my job today, amongst it was some lovely friend moments and some brilliant relief, a gift from God.

I woke up with a really sore back and was challenged to pray about it. As I was praying I heard God say this isn't for you to do. So I plucked up the courage to ask a friend to pray for my back. What a blessing, what relief. Thank you Father for the gift of giving me some pain relief for the day. YOURS IS THE GLORY.
