Frosty Start

Miss E didn't stir though the night which was good. But she did come into us at 5am crying and wailing that she wanted to go to school.
5am!
She didn't have a temperature and was trying so hard to appear fighting fit that I gave her the benefit of the doubt and took her to school.
I'm sure the Bring & Buy sale arranged for this afternoon had nothing to do with her overwhelming desire to go!
Oh wait, at 5am she was wailing that she didn't want to miss it!
She made it until 3pm and then her teacher called to say she'd gone a bit floppy and seemed very hot.
Having purchased an enormous bagful of tat treasures from the Bring & Buy sale!
I went to pick her up and she is currently snuggled up on the sofa again watching Defenders of Berk. I think another early night and she'll be back to normal.
Fingers crossed.
Mr K is about to take the TV back to John Lewis. We've had it 90 days today and this is the last chance we've got to return it because we're "not completely satisfied with our purchase".
Not completely satisfied is an understatement. Useless piece of junk it's turned out to be!
