First and Last

First snowdrops peeping through scattered winter debris.
Last day of school for this semester.   

The weather is glorious today.  Beaming sunshine and temperatures better suited to May.  What a shame I leave for the Hague first thing in the morning where the forecast is -1ºC and overcast.  As last year (and the year before) I am chaperoning students who are attending the Model United Nations conference. Travelling with just two students tomorrow (who are committee chairs) the rest of the party follow on Sunday with my colleague.  Still haven't packed yet, busy busy. 

Update on Perşembe: she was waiting for me again after work today and trotted up the stairs to my flat where she partook of tasty snack and a bit of exploring.  She also joined me for my early evening walk.
