No 2 son didn't get the job, unfortunately.  But, the positives are that he was in the last 48 for 12 jobs from a pool of 4,500 who applied in the first place.  He is very disappointed.  There is much positive to take from it though.  He passed the skills test for the job so know he can do it and it is all ways good to get interview/assessment centre experience.

That's only some comfort today though.

He is coming to stay in a few weeks.  Lots of TLC then.
