Lunch with a fellow Trustee and a walk around her fields.  

I met her son (rather fit!) who is a local chef and who had just returned from ice-climbing and camping out between Scafell Pike and Bowfell.  Rather him than me.

No 1 son had a telephone interview for a new job and No 2 son still awaits news of his.  Yikes.
