"I'm just off to the Distillery"
"Where, the Distillery? What for? Can you get me some ..........?"
"No, certainly not. We're going for a walk to the Point. I'm just parking there!"
"Oh, you're not taking your purse?"
"No."

Was I being mean? Not really, I never take my purse on a dog walk, not since I lost it on the beach once, with all my cards and driving license inside.
Anyway, the dogs and I enjoyed our late afternoon walk in the last of the sunshine. The wind was bitter again but the views beautiful.
