Sunrise over Morecambe Bay

A lovely sunrise and this was taken from the kitchen window.

A good walk with a friend along Scout Scar.  Great to be out in the air and chew the fat with her.

A good lunch with Lynnfot and we put the world to rights.

Then off to a networking meeting in Haverthwaite.

All in all a very good day.
