A Conclave of Cardinals

I have surely not Blipped as many Cardinals in my entire life as I have in these few weeks.
In the snowy weather we had they were the only ones that faithfully showed up at the feeders, and because I had a bad case of bubonic plague, I couldn't go anywhere else to look for variation.

And because I can't do gaps in my journal, it was either this, or the back of a heron flying very fast and very far away from me. I just couldn't.
