View from a missing window

Spent the day at a London primary school practising carrying out an audit of ICT provision. Very interesting and will make a good addition to our catalogue of services we can provide to schools.

On the tour of the building we came across this classroom where the windows were being replaced. It's not often you get this sort of view from a classrom on the first floor. The kids were not there of course. We were working in a room below and every now and then there would be a large bang and the strip light above us would go out. Just after we left a further large bang caused the strip light to fall from the ceiling. It was repaired but we didn't sit in that part of the room again.

The journey up to London was fraught - as it can often be - and I'm glad I don't have to make the journey on a daily basis any more. The M20 had two lanes closed between J3 and J1 causing long tailbacks. This meant I had to divert onto M2. I was also stuck in traffic on South Circular too. Busy on the way home too, being a Friday night. Still a very valuable day out.
