New Hobby

HD watched an episode of a British baking show, and became inspired. I am so very excited, as the mainstream American bread is awful. The added gums and viral gluten makes the bread everlasting, but also ugly-tasting, and weird to digest.

...and the aroma in the house is positively heavenly.
