Parentals got me this at Christmas. The cheek....

I don't think it's a bad philosophy to live by. All that heavy lifting and those chemicals can't be good for you.

In other news - it snowed and I popped round to see a friend's new car (she's sadly swapped her boy racer "Bling Mobile" for a sensible, grown-up Polo.)
