Butcher's Shop, Cairo

I worked on the book nearly all day before a short walk around a new to me Cairo block. It's right on our doorstep and I must take Dd there for a full exploration. It seemed like a world within a world and this butcher's shop stood at the entrance way to the labyrinth of small streets that hold every human activity you could care to think of.
'Where you from?' shouted one chap.
'Scotland,' I replied.
'I'm William Wallace!'
