Carpetbagger

Saturday was spent in a vacuuming frenzy - a rare occurrence for me - and I finally got a chance to examine and clean the Persian runner I found at the flea market the other day. It's almost 1 m wide and 3.25 m long and in mint condition. Mint! Still can't believe I paid only 5 Euros for it.

I'm not a fan of carpets (I hate vacuuming the dust and hair they trap) and was thinking of selling this or giving it to a friend, only it looks like Mia, the eternal opportunist, has other plans. When she and her her rubber chicken move in, I know I'm beat.
