Another day without going out. I was very tired today, probably because of this wretched cold/fever thing, and ended up sleeping away a good part of the afternoon. Fought a lingering battle between desire and financial prudence over a couple of second hand mandolins on eBay....prudence won and so someone else will be playing them. Can't help reading reviews of low priced banjos....shook myself out of daydreams of other instruments by pushing the edge of my particular envelope on those I already own. Much better use of time.
