Sunday, January 11, 2015 Golden Globe Awards

This evening was all about the Golden Globe awards. It was fun to watch and I especially enjoyed the speech George Clooney gave after receiving the Cecil B. DeMille Award for lifetime achievement. 

Mostly today was about settling-in here in our SoCal home for a day or three and mostly getting ready to head to San Diego tomorrow for the wedding of our granddaughter, Desiree. She is marrying a military man and because the two of them do not have lots of cash stashed to do a fancy wedding, they are accepting the gift of a "Military Monday" wedding. This is provided free of expense for active service people. See their website.
