MonoMonday - Distant lights

I wish I knew what happened here.  At first, I thought I moved the camera, but the house in the foreground is only blurred by the fog and night condition.  I was shooting up the street to the lights of a DISTANT condo building (midway up on right edge).  The shot I took immediately after this one showed the lights of the distant building and the lights along the street leading from here to there as lights distorted/enlarged slightly by the fog of the evening.  Notice the light on the back porch of the foreground house also has the stream from it.   Any ideas?
