Proper Sabbath

Had a complete day off and boy did I need it. I didn't even make it to the 8am communion - I slept instead. I did do the 10:30. Paul & I ate out at the four horseshoes then came home and did crosswords and slept again. Then we worshipped together. A very relaxing day and I feel much better for it.
 For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy. - Exodus 20:11
