The owl and the pussycat

A day of making today, with my first attempt at sour dough bread, inspired by Food and Drink the night before. It needs a bit more practice, but I did get to use my dough hook and I definitely want to try it again though as it was a very tasty and quick bread to make. 

Then one baby hat was completed, project list tidied up, stash sorted and new projects cast on. 

We also had home made pasta for tea which was delicious.

All in all a home made sort of day.
