Abandoned At Noness

A fine brighter day with sunshine and much calmer through the afternoon.  This evening the wind has picked up again with heavy showers and more thunder and lightning. 

A lazy start to the day but glad all the partying has come to an end, well for this week anyway :)  The power is back on in my house but with the lightning, it has been flickering on and off, hopefully stay on all night but who knows as the winds pick up again. 
Going to pop up to see mam for a cuppa, after that it's a lazy night in with the telly.  

I needed to clear the head this afternoon and nothing better than a walk in the fresh air.  Me and mam headed to Sandwick after seeing my sister Laura.  We walked out to Noness, a fine moderate walk.  Lots of old cars abandoned around the croft here but these old three wheelers seem to last forever with the fibreglass bodies.
