Today's the day ...................... to make cheese

I know that, strictly speaking, it wasn't my Christmas present.

In fact, if truth be told, it hadn't in any way been given to me at all.  It's just that it looked a really interesting thing to do - and Will is still tied up sorting the slides and likely to remain otherwise engaged for ages yet. 

So, this afternoon, I tackled the Goats' Cheese-making kit that Rob gave him as a Christmas present (sorry Rob).  And it was absolutely brilliant!  Who would have thought that it was that easy to make cheese?  Will can still make some himself - because the amazing kit has got enough stuff in it to do it ten times. 

And what's more, it tastes as good as it looks....................
