SNOW ME THE WAY TO GO HOME

Well it was a day of thirds today as I had two drives to Glasgow and back to Edinburgh when I say thirds I was meaning weather wise as Glasgow was chucking it down with rain as was Edinburgh and between Midcalder and Carstairs was snow with it being out in the wilds and slightly higher elevation it had turned to snow through the night and early morning as if this shot had been taken on my second trip it had slightly thawed a bit due to the rain that crept in, anyway my GIGA TII PRO remote/time lapse remote attached to my camera and sitting on it's pod cushion did what was required of what I  had programmed into the controls to take a photo every minute for 20 minutes along with it repeating the same cycle for another 20 minutes and I liked this shot best as  a few that I reviewed when I got home had lots of blurring due to the wipers not clearing the windows as the shutter clicked but it was out of my hands and this shot is looking east after passing the little village of Woolfords next to Cobbinshaw reservoir, anyway I was delayed departing Glasgow on my final drive home due to flooding at Symington on the west coast line as for some reason the signaller thought our train went right down the west coast mainline rather than turning off at Carstairs and heading east anyway the train still left Waverley on time heading south although I did have a chuckle to myself as I ate my baguette in Glasgow  I was thinking of a funny story, anyway my movie for today will be "Avalanche Express 1979" See Ya
