Blue Reef Aquarium

Today we went back to Tynemouth to rescue my new drinks trolley which I had to leave at my mam's work yesterday.
Afterwards we had a drive along the coast and visited the Blue Reef Aquarium. It's usually £10 each but we downloaded a 2-for-1 voucher from the Newcastle/Gateshead tourism website (http://www.newcastlegateshead.com/things-to-do/blue-reef-aquarium-p21051). We enjoyed a wander around admiring the turtles, fish and my favourite sea creature the seahorse. I wanted to take a photograph of the seahorse to blip but they like it in the dark and you're not allowed to use flash photography so I had to settle for this cheeky looking fish. When I looked in the other side of his tank, I noticed that from the inside  the glass looks like a mirror so this fish is not looking at me but admiring himself in the mirror! The centre also has some rescued seals and sealions. It was too cold to do much else so we returned home and Daniel is doing some DIY whilst I catch up on some uni work. I feel quite guilty after our aquarium trip that we're having fish for tea.....
