A chair with a view

Today Mr C and I used our National Trust membership cards for the first time and visited Claremont Landscape Gardens in Esher. Dogs are allowed in the grounds at this time of year, on leads. So first we took Ruby to Esher Common for a half hour romp before walking around the gardens for a couple of hours. It was a lovely bright morning and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the gardens which included a lake, turfed amphitheatre, camellia terrace and of course a coffee shop.
