Innes Car Care Centre, off Innes Street, Inverness. It was the flagpole with Lion Rampant that attracted my attention this way. I think this is a newly opened business, and the chap had done a good job on this car.

Early morning drizzle soon cleared, and it became a lovely day. Loads of stuff to fix for one of the other departments. Some of it expensive, and they'd been considering chucking it out, when there's likely not much wrong with it. Difficult for them to assess that, especially with the manufacturers and suppliers either no longer existing, or unable to supply spares. Some technically challenges ahead.

After cycling back home, and a half hour break, went out for my second run. Very much easier than the previous shock to the system. Felt surprisingly comfortable. Perhaps related to still being warmed up, from the cycle home. Will keep to just doing a mile, for the next few sessions.
