Camp Bay

Warm but overcast here today which meant that a wander down to listed to One Drop Nation live at the Point was a very mellow thing to do, followed by a swim at our favourite local beach, Camp Bay. Another sign of my improving body was being able to dance more freely and with minimal pain, compared to just a week ago when I last danced at the Convergence festival.

Last time we were at Camp Bay, the beach was very busy, but this afternoon, it was just the two of us and one other couple. I love how that can happen in New Zealand. You can be in the most beautiful place and have it all to yourself. A reminder of why I choose to live here.
