Scrambling on Big Rock at Orton Bradley

Superb summer's day here today and I had many photos to chose from. Went for a walk with friend Agnes and her two autistic grandson's to Orton Bradley park. The older of these, Carlos, enjoyed the scramble up to the top of Big Rock and it was good for them all to get out of the house and do something different. The photo is Adrian scrambling down a harder route (not the easy way myself and Carlos went).

I could see the improvement in my mobility again. Last time we went to the big rock was early December, and I lay down and waited at the bottom as it was too much for me then.
