Profile of a Cheese Lover.

Our sometime cat adores cheese.  His favorite seems to be the so-called American variety, a very mild cheddar. But today a crumb of farmers' cheese fell on the kitchen floor and he was on it like a cat which had never had a square meal.  I suspect there's less sodium in the farmers' and that's a good thing.
