Initiation

Spent most of the day looking at Christian Initiation with regard to baptism.
Is baptism the whole of initiation or just the start of it?
Is sprinkling enough or should it be full immersion?
Is infant baptism baptism if the child cannot make its own promises or is only believers' baptism the true baptism?
 It's a fascinating subject and I guess by the time I've finished my latest essay I'm going to know a lot more about it. I went to speak to the area dean about the baptism policy in their church and then spent time with my lovely friend Gloria followed by an evening of study.
