Frying Temp.

Had a fairly laid-back day today. I should really have got on with some tidying up but I just never got round to it. I knew I'd be at work tonight and Fridays are often busy...

Not tonight though, it was really quiet all night. I guess everyone's starting to get bills in from Christmas and tightening their belts so they can pay for it all. And there'll be others who have had to let their belts out and are now dieting! Not a good time of year for take away businesses!

At least I got time to play with my camera in the shop! This is the temperature guage of one of the pans.
