Maybe it'll change - but much of the time mum is aware of her plight .. which is pretty  bloody awful for her.

One morning last week I asked how she felt and she said ‘ I don’t feel, really’ .. 


This morning I asked if she felt ok and she said ‘It’s never ok’ .. and I still remember when she was in hospital with a broken hip a couple of years ago and she was reading every single word on every single get well card. She turned one over and read the back - it read ‘Blank inside’ -  ‘That’s how I feel - blank inside’


This evening she said she had seriously considered ending it all.


Which was a shock - but so understandable.
