A day full of weather! If that makes sense! Winds battered Scotland overnight. It was worst up north but we still had a fair hammering in Glasgow.

Quite a lot of debris on the road on the way to CrossFit this morning. The programmed 3km along the banks of the Clyde was interesting to say the least! Just kept chugging on and got a time I was very pleased with even without the wind being factored in!

This evening it was still windy and now the rain had kicked in. Jen took this photo on the drive home from the weekly shop at Morrison's. Rain + Wind + Friday night = people become nutters when driving! All home now, safe and warm. Time for the weekend!!
