In Need of Coffee!

So yesterday I was in need of tea with it being so cold. Today I was definitely in need of coffee after this mornings CrossFit WOD. I was totally gubbed by the end of it (21-15-9 of squat cleans and ring dips were not my friend).

Thankfully my bulletproof coffee sorted me out a treat. Isn't this glass tumble cool too? Jen got it for my for Christmas. It's double walled to keep the heat in but makes it looks like your drink is floating! I know, simple things...
