Spoilt for choice

In Oswestry we are lucky to have some great independent shops including a brilliant kitchen shop. It's more expensive than the chain stores but can't be beaten for choice and quality and I love to have a browse in there.
These are piles of cake boards to suit every coloured cake. They also had a massive selection of silver and gold ones in every size and shape. I wasn't planning on baking a fancy cake so didn't buy one but just loved the colours. I bought something much more mundane -  an oven thermometer.

The weather's terrible today - high winds and rain. Now I'm inside I'm staying here!
